PPC is the private credit investment business of PGIM, Inc., the global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. PPC’s Law department currently has 15 attorneys and is part of Prudential’s Law, Compliance, Business Ethics and External Affairs department.
PGIM Private Capital (“PPC”) Law has an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic global investment management business. We are seeking an experienced lawyer to primarily support PPC business units focusing on domestic and international finance and investment transactions in power, oil and gas, and infrastructure projects.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires on-site presence on a reoccurring weekly basis as determined by the business. The successful candidate will preferably work from a PPC office located in Newark, NJ, New York, NY or Dallas, TX, , but we will consider candidates able to work from PPC office locations in Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MN, Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA. We will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
