Job Description

Located in the heart of Midtown, Mexican Radio (MEXRAD) is a laid-back taco shop with a personality all its own. We're not a traditional taqueria or Mexican restaurant-our menu features original, unexpected tacos that don't fit into any one category. There's a taco here for everyone. We're looking to grow our team with individuals who bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for hospitality. Our Service Team Members (STM) wear a lot of hats: you'll take care of guests, keep things running smoothly, and help build tacos, too. That's right-this is a hybrid role that combines service and light cooking. We need folks who are just as comfortable at the register as they are behind the line.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Service Team Members (Front + Back of House Hybrid) Greet guests, guide them through the menu, and deliver top-tier hospitality Handle food and drink orders, run food, and maintain a clean, guest-ready front of house Prep and build tacos and menu items according to recipes Maintain clean and organized workstations (both FOH and kitchen line) Follow portioning, food safety, and quality guidelines Keep service flowing by communicating and collaborating with your team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Some experience working in a kitchen or food prep role-this is a must Positive, team-first attitude Strong communication and reliability Willingness to learn, hustle, and take direction Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to work nights, weekends, and during special events 21+ required for Service Team Members A passion for EXTREME HOSPITALITY and great tacos Experience helps, but we care more about the right attitude.
