School Based Hybrid SLP - CCC at Supplemental Health Care summary:

This role is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working primarily in a school setting with options for in-person, hybrid, or virtual work during the 2025-2026 school year. The SLP will assess, evaluate, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students at various school levels, collaborating with parents and interdisciplinary teams. We’re currently hiring in St. Louis, Missouri to support a district in need of a Speech-Language Pathologist. Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details:

• $43 – $47 an hour
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP
• 2025-2026 School Year
• Location: In-person, Hybrid or Virtual
• $3,000 Assignment Bonus for new SHC employees
• Hours per week: Full-time and part-time options
• Start Date: August 2025
• End Date: May 2026
• Details: Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, or High School Caseload options for 2025-2026 school year with the option to extend for future school years. The school district will consider CCC-SLP or CF-SLP.
• $3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
• SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
• SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
• Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student
• May be asked to supervise assistants

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-language Pathology
• Missouri SLP License
• American Heart Association BLS
• School Experience is Preferred but not required
• ASHA Certification
