School Based Hybrid SLP - CCC at Supplemental Health Care summary:

This role is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working primarily in a school setting with options for in-person, hybrid, or virtual work during the 2025-2026 school year. The SLP will assess, evaluate, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students at various school levels, collaborating with parents and interdisciplinary teams. The position requires a Master’s degree, Missouri SLP license, and ASHA certification, offering competitive pay, benefits, and career support.

We’re currently hiring in St. Louis, Missouri to support a district in need of a Speech-Language Pathologist. Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details:

  • $43 – $47 an hour
  • CCC-SLP or CF-SLP
  • 2025-2026 School Year
  • Location: In-person, Hybrid or Virtual
  • $3,000 Assignment Bonus for new SHC employees
  • Hours per week: Full-time and part-time options
  • Start Date: August 2025
  • End Date: May 2026
  • Details: Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, or High School Caseload options for 2025-2026 school year with the option to extend for future school years. The school district will consider CCC-SLP or CF-SLP.
  • $3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
  • SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
  • SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
  • Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student
  • May be asked to supervise assistants

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-language Pathology
  • Missouri SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • School Experience is Preferred but not required
  • ASHA Certification
