We're Hiring: Robotics Engineer - Circular manufacturing and e-waste reduction

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with a strong background in robotic software, mechatronics, automation, and embedded systems to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role where you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge robotic systems that integrate motion control, perception, and automation technologies.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience developing, deploying, and maintaining robotic systems in commercial settings
• Proven expertise in mechatronics, automation, or embedded systems
• Strong background in path planning and motion control, with experience in:
• High-precision, high-speed motion control, multi-arm coordination and synchronization
• Collision avoidance
• Path planning with real-time replanning
• Cartesian-based motion planning and reverse kinematics
• Failover planning and recovery strategies
• Successful track record of developing production-grade robotic applications from initial design to full deployment
• Proficiency in C++, Python, ROS, GitHub, and Docker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear technical discussions and documentation
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver on technical milestones
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
