About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, motivated remote Marketing Manager who’s ready to grow. If you have some marketing experience and want to dive deeper into strategy, campaign building, and lead generation, this is your chance to do meaningful work and level up.

In this role, you’ll support and lead multi-channel marketing initiatives, collaborate closely with sales and content teams, and use data to guide and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute demand-generation campaigns with clear messaging and strong visual impact
  • Channel Management: Support and optimize campaigns across email, paid advertising (Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, SEM, and CRM workflows
  • Compelling Copywriting: Craft persuasive, high-quality copy for campaigns, ads, emails, and landing pages to maximize engagement and conversion
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales to ensure lead quality, alignment, and revenue growth
  • Performance Optimization: Track and analyze key marketing metrics; conduct A/B testing and recommend optimizations
  • Market Research: Conduct customer and market research to identify new opportunities and challenges
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage demand generation budgets and forecasting
  • Content Contribution: Collaborate on content strategies to elevate brand storytelling and campaign impact
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in demand generation, copywriting, and digital marketing
  • Be Adaptable: Ability and willingness to learn new skills, expand scope, and pivot focus in response to the needs of the company

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to demand generation and digital campaigns
  • Experience managing paid advertising platforms and optimizing ROI
  • Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity and performance
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret marketing data
  • A discerning eye for copy and creative strategy
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, GoHighLevel CRM, Microsoft Clarity, Figma, and WordPress (Elementor)

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare and B2B marketing
