We are currently seeking a Demand Planning Manager for a full-time, direct hire position based out of our Lexington, KY office. This role involves leading a team of demand planners, balancing workloads, and overseeing the development of item-level forecasts using advanced algorithms and tools. The manager will partner with Sales, Brand, and Finance to create accurate demand plans, monitor performance, and make necessary adjustments. Additionally, they will collaborate with supply planning partners to improve efficiency, drive process enhancements, and utilize planning tools like Arkieva. Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication abilities are essential. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and open organization where everyone has a voice.
