This role involves developing, managing, and responding to requests and initiatives that support the daily execution of program assessments, including risk, regulatory, or audit requests. Key responsibilities include managing roster creation to meet scope and leadership needs, and ensuring the PAA program aligns with enterprise standards and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage rosters from creation to execution and reporting
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure proper process mapping
• Respond to audit, regulatory, and risk-related items
• Define and evolve strategic objectives for assessments
• Update questions to meet enterprise standards as needed
• Develop documentation covering responsibilities and systems used

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technology and cybersecurity
• Project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of internal bank standards
• Experience with cybersecurity assessments
• CISSP certification

Hours Per Week: 40

Pay Transparency Details:

Locations include Denver, Washington, and Chicago with respective addresses. The pay range is $135,000 - $182,100 annually, with offers based on experience and qualifications. The role is eligible for discretionary incentives and benefits, supporting employee growth and community impact.
