Job Title: 1st Shift Spray Painter (Direct Hire through Kelly Services)
\n Salary Range: $45,760 – $49,920 annually
\n
\n Job Summary:
\nKelly Services is seeking an experienced Spray Painter for a direct hire opportunity on the first shift. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
\n
\n Key Responsibilities: \n

    \n\t
  • Paint letters, numbers, signs, and other décor items using a hand-held pneumatic spray gun.\n\t
  • Spray paint wood, metal, plastic, and foam décor components.\n\t
  • Select and apply the proper paint and primer for each material type.\n\t
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards before they leave the paint area.\n\t
  • Maintain a clean work environment, including cleaning and changing filters as necessary.\n\t
  • Keep the floor clear of debris to ensure safety.\n\t
  • Clean and maintain spray guns regularly.\n\t
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\n

\n Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience using gravity-fed sprayers.\n\t
  • General understanding of signage and graphics materials, substrates, and manufacturing processes preferred.\n\t
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime, including some Saturdays. Overtime exceeding 50 hours per month may be required March through November.\n\t
  • Strong attention to detail with a goal-oriented mindset.\n\t
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality.\n\t
  • Excellent comprehension and analytical skills.\n\t
  • Ability to perform under pressure.\n\t
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.\n\t
  • Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement.\n
