Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Business Operations Analyst to join our team. This role requires someone who can provide operational support and ensure that all project requirements in our pipeline are collected and communicated to stakeholders across the organization in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will occasionally take on project management responsibilities and should have a working knowledge of accounting.
Key responsibilities include:
Accounting Knowledge Application:
Apply working knowledge of accounting principles to understand financial implications of projects and support relevant stakeholders.
Assist with financial tracking and reporting related to project budgets as needed.
Operational Support:
Provide day-to-day operational support to the business enablement function, assisting with various administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.
Requirements Management:
Actively track and manage the timely collection of all project requirements for initiatives within the business funnel.
Proactively identify potential roadblocks to requirement gathering and work to mitigate them.
Maintain a centralized and organized repository of project requirements.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:
Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring all stakeholders across the organization are informed of requirement collection status.
Facilitate effective communication between business units, technical teams, and other relevant departments to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates on project progress and requirement readiness to various audiences.
Project Coordination (Occasional):
Occasionally take on project management responsibilities for smaller initiatives, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and managing risks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
