Are you an Excellent Dentist? Great, we have an immediate opening for a *Full Time Skilled Dentist* in our newest clinic in Costa Mesa. Must be proficient in all aspect of dentistry including surgical extractions and root canals (at minimum anterior and premolar teeth).

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on both general and pediatric dentistry. The Dentist will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing advanced imaging and four-handed dentistry techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the dental clinic is essential.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine dental health and treatment needs.
* Perform a variety of dental procedures, including preventative care, fillings, extractions/surgical extractions and root canals - at minimum anterior and premolar teeth.
* Provide specialized care in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a comfortable experience for younger patients.
* Utilize imaging technologies to diagnose and plan treatment effectively.
* Collaborate with RDA's in a four-handed dentistry approach for efficient patient care.
* Meets dental clinic’s productivity standards
* Maintain accurate patient records in our EDR in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive measures to promote overall wellness.
* Works with Medical, Behavioral Health or Pharmacists as needed for quality patient care.
* Follows service models to meet the needs of the patients. Works with other dental providers and organizations to enhance service options
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.
* Desire to work in Community Health with patients from various backgrounds.
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license and current BLS certification.
* Valid DEA license, unrestricted
* Experience in general dentistry; pediatric dentistry experience is strongly preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a dentist in primary practice, preferably 2-4 years.
* Competent in using digital X-rays after training
* Proficiency with electronic dental records system, preferably Epic/Wisdom or similar systems.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
* Bilingual English and Spanish preferred for both written and verbal communications including dental terminology.
* Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail in performing dental procedures.
* Commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to safety protocols within the dental clinic.

_Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, education, qualifications and experience. Our salary range starts at $157,000 and increases with factors as noted here._
