Customer Sales Representative

In this role, you’ll focus on in-person outreach, building trust with customers, and offering products that align with their goals. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, confident in direct communication, and eager to develop sales expertise through hands-on experience.

Engage with customers in person to present products and services
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through consultative conversation
Close sales with clarity, confidence, and integrity
Track activity and feedback to support continuous improvement
Represent the values and professionalism of The Gurka Agency at every touchpoint
What You Bring:
Great interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect
Enthusiasm for working with people in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and grow
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
