Content Manager

Location: San Francisco Bay Area | Full-time | Remote

GNOMI is reimagining the future of News for decision-making.

We're looking for a Content Manager to build and scale our content engine from the ground up. This role will partner closely with teams across Growth, Product, Support, and Strategy to shape GNOMI’s voice and drive meaningful engagement with our audiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own GNOMI’s cross-channel content strategy for both Enterprise and Consumer audiences.
  • Write compelling, on-brand content including website copy, product updates, social media posts, white papers, FAQs, case studies, blog posts, onboarding guides, email campaigns, and more.
  • Establish and evolve GNOMI’s voice—intelligent, human, and clear—ensuring consistency across all external communications.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for non-technical decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Design and Brand to align visual storytelling with written messaging.
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar and publishing workflow.
  • Leverage user insights, customer testimonials, and social trends to shape content that resonates.
  • Measure performance using tools like Google Analytics and internal dashboards to continuously optimize content for reach and relevance.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, or editorial roles—ideally within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a distinctive, engaging tone.
  • Proven experience creating content from scratch that drives awareness, engagement, and trust.
  • A strong editorial sensibility—detail-oriented with the ability to balance speed and quality.
  • Familiarity with B2B content formats, including white papers, customer stories, and newsletters.
  • Bonus: Experience with international audiences and localization workflows.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $130,000 – $170,000

Equity: All full-time roles include equity compensation
