Job Details We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex civil construction projects and preparing accurate cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple civil construction projects from inception to completion
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure project compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
- Analyze project performance and implement improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management and estimating
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
