Product Quality: Ensure consistency in drink and food preparation according to recipes and standards. Inventory & Ordering: Track inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships. Assist with budgeting, daily sales reporting, and cost control measures. Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Marketing Support: Assist with social media, promotions, and community engagement as needed. Must be available to work mornings, weekends as needed. This is a hands-on role that requires being on-site during operating hours. Requirements: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
