With a 60% gross margin and ambitions to double EBITDA via strategic acquisitions, the company is preparing for a future exit. The current HQ transition to Denver supports a hybrid work model, empowering a largely remote leadership team while maintaining facility-level operational presence.THE PRIVATE EQUITY FIRMThe Private Equity firm is a well-established investor with $4.4B in assets under management.
