Process orders for parts and ensure accurate and timely delivery. Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring parts are well-stocked and organized. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure parts are available for vehicle repairs. Handle customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly. Utilize parts catalogs and computer systems to locate and order parts efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized parts department. Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products and technologies. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories. Mercedes Benz and Porsche experience strongly preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in using computer systems and parts catalogs.
