Corporate Associate Attorney – Multiple Offices (DE, NJ, NY)

Locations Available

Openings are available in the firm’s offices in Delaware, New Jersey, and New York. Hybrid schedules and flexible arrangements may be considered, depending on the office.

About the Role

The firm is seeking Corporate Associates with a minimum of three years of experience to support a broad range of sophisticated transactional matters. Ideal candidates will have Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 experience and be comfortable working on complex corporate transactions in any of the following areas:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Private equity and venture capital
• Fund formation
• Securities compliance and capital markets
• Debt and equity financing
• General corporate governance and commercial contracting

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 3 years of corporate law experience at a nationally recognized law firm
• Demonstrated experience managing complex transactions and providing strategic client counsel
• Strong academic credentials from a respected law school
• Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, and interpersonal communication skills
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (Delaware, New Jersey, New York) is required
